1. Exchange Policy
We offer exchange only (no refunds) under the following conditions:
- The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect
- You notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order
- The item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags/packaging intact
2. No Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds. However, eligible items can be exchanged for:
- The same product (if available), or
- Another product of equal value
3. Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are not eligible for exchange:
- Items used, washed, or damaged by the customer
- Sale/discounted items (unless defective)
- Change of mind or dislike after purchase
4. Size & Color Disclaimer
- Slight variations in color may occur due to lighting and screen differences
- Please review product details carefully before ordering
5. Exchange Process
To request an exchange:

- Share clear images of the issue (if applicable)
- Our team will guide you through the exchange process
6. Shipping Charges
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Delivery charges are non-refundable
7. Processing Time
- Exchanges are processed within 3β5 working days after receiving the item
